Pillarz fasteners ® are ideal for swatches since the composition can be changed easily. The samples can be hung over the fasteners prior to closing the cap.

Pillarz fasteners are available in the following sizes:
- Pin lengths (capacity): 6 mm / 9 mm / 12 mm / 15 mm / 17 mm / 22 mm / 27 mm
Pillarz consist of four parts; a pin, cap, rivet and spring part.
Which materials exist?
Pillarz fasteners are available in the following materials:
- Cap and rivet: nickel plated
- Cap and rivet: brass plated
- Cap and rivet: black
- Cap and rivet: white

Pillarz fasteners – Usage & Assembly
These fasteners are most suitable for among others swatches and sample books. The fasteners are reclosable. This way, the composition of the swatches can easily be changed.
Pllarz fasteners are assembled to your application by means of a press in combination with tooling. Blind assembly is also possible. This can be achieved by fixing the fastener to a piece of cardboard which is subsequently glued into the cap or other application.

Which Pillarz sizes do I need?
To determine the right Pillarz size you measure the inside of your cap (or other application). From this size (12 mm for example), you subtract about 3 mm. This is your needed pin length (in this case it would be Pillarz 9 mm).
Do the fasteners open easily?
This depends on the weight of the swatch. The click system is produced with an extra secure lock to provide extra sturdiness.
Are Pillarz available in other colours as well?
